Echo 136

Echo 136 is a 136ish-mile point-to-point trail race through Wisconsin’s Kettle Moraine, built for runners who want the distance, the solitude, and the challenge without the spectacle. Over the course of 55 hours, runners move through rolling forest, rugged singletrack, open prairie, and the unmistakable glacial terrain of the Ice Age Trail. Ten full aid stations break up the journey, but make no mistake—there are long stretches where it’s just you, the trail, and the work still ahead.

This isn’t a race designed to make you comfortable. It’s designed to show you it’s possible. A generous 55-hour cutoff gives determined runners room to manage their effort, solve problems, keep moving, and experience what happens when a very long way becomes one aid station, one mile, and one decision at a time.

Whether you’re chasing the front or simply chasing the finish, E136 asks the same thing of everyone: holla back demons.
